Roostify Took Our Show on the Road in October
Front-and-center at two industry must-attend events: Money 20/20 & MBA Annual
October is always an action packed month for Roosties as the fourth quarter kicks off and our teams hit the road to meet clients at two of the most anticipated events of the year.
At Money 20/20 in Las Vegas, our Chief Marketing Officer Courtney Keating Chakarun co-presented, The Future is Frictionless, with TD Bank Senior Vice President, Retail Product Technology Lakshmi Stockham to share how we have co-created a superior lending experience and supercharged innovation to ultimately put the customer first.
During the interactive presentation, we described our ability to understand the needs of different customer segments, with the universal desire of loan applicants to have more transparency, encouragement and trust from their lender. Courtney also explained that another inherent operational benefit from Roostify is the ability to scale to demand. Due to the cyclical nature of the mortgage process, we are able to help our lenders flex as the demand for home loans throttles-up or pulls-back when interest rates fluctuate or other factors impact consumer buying decisions.
At the same time, Austin, Texas hosted this year’s MBA Annual, the biggest conference in the mortgage trade. There, our platform partnerships director, Travis Kniffen, moderated a panel on millennials in the workforce. The 90-minute interactive session gave attendees an opportunity to pepper the panelists with questions about how to earn recognition from colleagues and gain respect from company leaders. The balanced discussion included experts from Carrington Mortgage Services, LodeStar Software Solutions and CMG Financial, who all commented on how continuous learning, attending seminars and networking with peers can successfully position anyone who wants to make a positive impression on their leadership. The rest of our team spent time at “The Hub,” which is what MBA calls their trade show floor. The video below was showcased to prospects encapsulating key benefits and features.
